Admission Process
1. Admission Announcements
Announcements regarding admission are made through advertisements in newspapers, on the HANDS-IDS website, and on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
2. Application Submission
Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website or register physically at the HANDS-IDS campus.
3. Eligibility Confirmation
Before submitting an application, candidates must confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements (undergraduate/graduate) for the specific program.
4. Required Documents Submission
Submit your application by the due date along with all necessary supporting documents, including:
Two recent passport-size photographs
Copy of CNIC or B-Form
Copy of father’s/guardian’s CNIC
Matric Certificate
Mark sheet of the last examination passed
5. Admission Criteria
Admission will be based on:
Entry Test Score
Academic Eligibility Score
Interview Performance
6. Admit Card Issuance
Candidates will receive their admit card (containing prospectus, test schedule, and sample paper) only after submitting the admission form and paying the registration fee.
7. Entry Test
Candidates will appear in the aptitude test on the scheduled date (approximately one hour duration).
Students are informed that the NTS or GMAT format is used for entrance exams.
8. Merit List Announcement
After the test, HANDS-IDS website and official Facebook page will publish the merit list for interviews.
9. Interview Process
Interviews will be conducted according to the provided schedule.
Applicants must bring original documents (copies already submitted with the form) at the time of interview.
10. Final Selection List
The list of successful candidates will be announced on the website/campus according to the schedule.
11. Enrollment Process
Qualified candidates must visit the admission office to fill out the enrollment form.
12. Final Document Submission
The enrollment form must be submitted along with all original documents.
13. Fee Submission & Student ID
Fee payments (Cash/Cheque/Pay Order) will be made on campus before the deadline.
Admitted students will receive their Student ID number at this stage.
