The BBA 3rd Semester students at HANDS Institute of Development Studies turned up the sweetness with their fantastic Chocolate Festival. It was an exciting Entrepreneurial Showcase that brought classroom theories to delicious life.

As part of their academic curriculum, our budding entrepreneurs set up vibrant stalls brimming with irresistible handmade chocolates, gooey brownies, rich chocolate cakes, and creative chocolate desserts. Each team took full ownership: from selecting products and setting smart prices, to crafting eye-catching branding and stall decorations, devising clever marketing strategies, engaging customers, and managing finances like true business pros.

The event perfectly aligned with key learning goals hence sharpening entrepreneurial mindset, business planning, product development, marketing skills, teamwork, creativity, and leadership; while beautifully bridging the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world application.

Performance was evaluated on innovation in business ideas, effective costing and pricing, impressive sales results, seamless team coordination, and clear presentations of their concepts.

A huge shout-out to our talented BBA students for making this hands-on experience a resounding success; proving that with passion and hard work, they can turn ideas into mouthwatering realities.

The Rector Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Abuzar Wajdi, along with the Registrar Mr. Nasir Ali Mirza and Dean Prof. Dr. Khalid Hussain Shaikh visited the stalls and appreciated the efforts of the students and also encouraged them. Our worthy Rector also praised the efforts of faculty member, Ms. Sabeen Yaqoob.
