The Faculty of Management and Development Sciences focuses on education in management and development. The approach to pedagogy combines fieldwork, case studies, and instrumented feedback with a strong emphasis on concepts and theory.

The Faculty of Management and Development Sciences encourages students to engage in interdisciplinary research experience, including knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative social research, policy analysis, and discourse analysis.

The commitment is to thought leadership with a deep understanding of business and development. Corporate recruiters value our graduates for their intellectual abilities, their collaborative mindset, their individuality, and their ability to hit the ground running.

HANDS-IDS will offer degree programs in the Department of Business Administration, Department of Development Studies, and College of Nursing. In due course of time, it would also offer Masters, M.Phil., and Ph.D. programs in different disciplines and encourage study and research in the emerging field of community service and sustainability.
